Woman shares photos of man pulling his daughter by her hair through a Walmart store

These photos, shared online by a woman named Erika Burch, shows a man dragging a little girl believed to be his daughter, by her hair in a Walmart store in Cleveland, Texas. Erika Burch was shopping with her partner when she spotted it In a Facebook post that has now been shared more than 126,000 times, Burch revealed the child was pleading for the man to stop as he dragged her down the aisles but he simply ignored her. The little girl reportedly said:

"Please Stop, I promise I won't do it again. Please Stop."
When the man was challenged, he reportedly told Erika to mind her business. When she insisted, the man replied saying "I grew up just fine." Erika then tried to alert the Police and a cop who happened to be in the store, came running along. However, he had to wait for his sergeant to arrive at the scene before making any arrest. Once the sergeant arrived, he brushed it off, saying they couldn't take the man to Jail because there was no visible bruises nor was any hair missing. That in order for it to be classified as insult, there had to be bodily injury to the child.

The Cleveland Police Department were informed and they revealed that Child Protective Service (CPS) has been contacted and a joint investigation is taking place.
